The purpose of this site is to help those in their initial steps to becoming a Florida CAM, specifically passing the CAM exam. However, I figured I’d share an article I was asked to write for my local chapter of the Community Association Institute on why I became a Professional Community Association Manager (“PCAM”). The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.
